121 Personal Training 
8x121 sessions - from £280
  • 8 x 60-minute sessions per month

  • Initial consultation to establish your training history, current fitness level, goals, time available to train, and more to ensure your training plan is suited to your needs and goals.

  • Your 121 sessions will be uploaded on the training app, which will allow you to track your progress.

  • The training app will allow you to track your nutrition, extra recovery workouts, and other workouts outside the gym. 

  • Unlimited contact via the app chat.

  • 4 x 60-minute sessions per month
