  • Bespoke training plan delivered via Vdot - updated every week or sooner to ensure the plan is working in line with your goals and fitness level.

  • The important bits - you will receive mobility sessions to help aid recovery. Strength workouts to get you through every stride stronger and faster.

  • Nutrition support from day to day and race day strategy.

  • Race day preparation, support, and guidance.

  • Unlimited contact via Whatsapp.

  • Catch up by phone as and when required

ONLINE COACHING
Lace Up Package

  • Bespoke training plan delivered via Vdot - updated every four weeks, and review to ensure the plan aligns with your fitness levels & lifestyle, etc 

  • Race day preparation, support, and guidance.

  • In-App feedback on the quality session 

  • Monthly catch-up phone call.

IN-PERSON COACHING
Runners M.O.T Package

Our comprehensive running package includes a thorough review of your current training regimen, injury history, nutrition, and strength training. During an in-depth 90-minute session, we'll cover essential aspects of running:

 

- Effective warm-up and cool-down routines

- Strength training tailored for runners

- Some running based on your own personal goals.

- Detailed running video analysis to perfect your form

 

But that's not all! You'll also receive a personalised 6-week training plan, complete with strength and mobility workouts based on feedback form your running video analysis - all accessible through my user-friendly coaching app.

IN-PERSON COACHING
1-1 Personal Run Coaching

Elevate your running experience to new heights by enrolling in our exclusive One to One Sessions. These personalized sessions are meticulously crafted to cater to your individual needs, addressing every aspect of your running journey, ranging from refining your technique to unraveling the intricacies of essential training sessions.

  • ​Discussion of your the session in-hand

  • Running drills and mobility

  • Qualilty Session

These sessions are held either in Cockermouth or Keswick.
